Do you find time during the week to relax?
What is your favorite way to relax?
In your opinion, what is the most relaxing activity?
Do any of the activities from the article not seem relaxing to you?
If you had more time to relax, what would you do?
How can you make more time for relaxation?

And here are some vocabulary/ phrases that you might want to review with your student:

deluge To dabble (dabbling) emulation

vicariously to brush up on to wrestle with
heck to have an urge to take up (something)
